General Membership meetings are generally held on the third or fourth Thursday of the month, depending upon room availablity. They begin at 5:00 p.m. and are held in the Hennessey Room at the Council 5 Offices, 300 Hardman Avenue in South St. Paul.

Executive Board meetings are held at 5:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month in the Council 5 Office Library. All meeting dates are subject to change.
