Art McGrane, Union President. Art is a Technician III located at Metro Plant - EQA Building. Art has been active in Local 668 since 1979; he has represented the local union as President. His first terms in office were from March 1996 to March 2006. He has currently held the office of President since March 2004. In addition to being President of the Local he has been Vice President, Steward, Local Executive Board Member, and Council 14 Executive Member. He says he's been on more committees than he can remember and is currently member of all active committees including the Contract Negotiations Committee. Roger Janzig, Union Vice President, AFSCME Council 5 Executive Board and Finance Committee. Roger was actively involved in the merger of three of the four MN AFSCME Councils into what is now Council 5. He has been active in this Local for years and has held many positions. During his three years as Union President, Roger was an active member of most every committee and has helped negotiate the last two AFSCME union contracts. Roger is a Senior Planner in the Wastewater Services Division at 390 N. Robert. He enjoys spending time with his kids, sports, and the hobby of aquariums. 651-602-1119

Lisa Dyste, Secretary. Lisa has been a Local 668 member for 20+ years. She has served on several committees and attended many conferences during that time. This is her first official union position. She is a Senior Environmental Scientist and works at the EQA building at the Metro Plant. She enjoys knitting and gardening. 651-602-8749

Craig Skone, Treasurer. Craig has been an E-Board member and the Treasurer of Local 668 and the pre-merger Local 839 for 20+ years. He is a Senior GIS Technician and works at 390 N. Robert. He enjoys photography, gardening and hanging around with his kids - when they will have him around, that is. 651-602-1328

Jim Uttley, Chief Steward. Jim is a Planning Analyst and SectorRep for Council Districts 3 and 4A in the Community Development Division at Robert Street. He has worked for the Council since 1975. In addition to serving currently as Chief Steward and as a member of the Executive Board, Jim chairs the Bylaws and Constitution Committee. Jim has been an active Union member since AFSCME organized the Council, and has served in various functions including trustee, secretary, treasurer, steward and chief steward before the merger with Local 668. In his spare time he likes to dance (social dance), sail, play tennis, snorkle, hike and bicycle. 651-602-1550

Nola Lynch, Business Agent. Nola has been the Business Rep. for Local 668 since 2001, and has worked as a Business Agent for AFSCME Council 14 since 1990.
